WE LIVE!

Returning to writing has reminded me of the beauty of pen realness (word to Gloria, Kendrick’s final track on GNX). All I want to do is write and be in conversation these days. So many of my engagements are less focused on sitting in front of my laptop and more about getting in front of people, sitting where they sit, visiting in-person workers and supporting remote workers’ success through virtual workshops.

THE BACKSTREETS will be about authentically navigating career and the future of work ….

I’m hoping The Backstreets can offer:

✈️ A departure from the corporate echo chambers that often overlook underrepresented voices.
💯 A space to explore authentic career strategies, free from performative pressures.
💬 A conversation focused on OUR unique career journeys.
